I dare say that it be a grand success, but don't take me word for it. Cap'n Dunn wrote up a nice review of thar party in his blog, The Adventures of the Sage Lion.

Above be an image of Tiger Lee n' four of his calendar girls, who be on hand to sign thar beautiful 2008 Hot Pirate Babe Calendars which everyone received at the party.

Currently the 2008 A Pyrate's Life Party is cancelled due to no venue to hold party at, since San Diego passed a No Alcohol on the beach law. If you know if a venue that will hold 150 to 200 pirates that will let up have our own food n' alcohol, allow weapons n' fire, and doesn't cost over $700, let me know.
